Missing parts
I bought the used pump for $234 and thought it was a great deal. What I didn't know was that the pump came without the two gaskets, the check valve or the line cord. After you buy these three items you're right back up to what a brand new pump would cost. I'm returning it and buying a new one.

Missing Parts. Beware!
Missing the insulation jacket in the advertisement, photos, and the instruction manual. Neither Grundfos nor Distributor will help to get the missing part. Each says talk to the other. Have to rip out and return... Total waste of time and resources. Beware!
