Another winner from Baker Depot
I love this company's products and specifically look for the name Baker Depot when I need molds. So when I needed an easy way to measure beeswax for later use, I looked to see if Baker Depot had anything with cavities of 1 ounce capacity or less and was delighted to come across these. I bought the variety pack specifically because I couldn't get consistent answers on the volume in ounces of each cavity but knew from estimates in the Q&A section that they were quite small.Turns out that each of the molds has a slightly different capacity. All of them are usable for my purpose as long as I know the difference. It just requires a little math.Beeswax is generally cheaper in large blocks--at least the good stuff is--and I don't want to go to through the process of hammering off chunks every time I want to make candles. What I do want is to buy a good 5-pound block, break it down, melt it in batches, then pour it into molds that allow for small measurable increments that, once hardened, can be stored in gallon baggies. When I need to use some of it for a project, all I have to do is count out the number of disks required. Clearly, I'd rather put the hard work at the beginning; better to get the grunt work out of the way.It helps considerably that beeswax has a 1:1 ratio of volume to weight, so 16 ounces of melted beeswax is equivalent to 1 pound of solid beeswax by weight.Since I really think the volume capacity of the molds should be provided, I'll provide them here:round: .83 of an ounce (1 T + 2 tsp)oval: .67 of an ounce (1 T + 1tsp)rectangle: .50 of an ounce (1 T)So if I have, say, a 12-ounce mold to fill with beeswax, I can go to the baggie holding the shallow rectangular disks and count out 24 of them.I see that there are negative reviews from people who object to the flexibility of the molds. These are bakers, clearly. Soap makers and candle makers don't object to having a mold that makes removal of their creations quick and easy. But even if I bought these only for baking, I don't think I'd identify. How much trouble is it, after all, to keep a baking sheet or other hard surface under a mold? As to the objection that they are "flimsy," that's simply untrue. Look at the reviews for other multipurpose silicone molds; reviewers speak of molds that tear easily, to ruinous effect. Bakers Depot molds are sturdy enough to hold substances that are heavier (and more cantankerous) than muffin batter by a long shot. To see such molds offered at a very low price point is a godsend, given the high price of molds for soap and candles.

Great for freezing homemade baby food!
I bought these to freeze homemade baby food for my 7 month old. They’re perfect for this. Easily stackable in the freezer with wax paper over the top of each, easy to clean, and the perfect size for a serving for my little one!

Be careful they come out of shape
Be careful they do no hold their shape. These came bent. I filled it with water to see if the little circles would go back to their normal shape. NO. Then I made a batch of waxes and they came out horrible due to the fact these did not hold their shapes. Each wax was not smooth and had around the side indentations of where the mold was bent. I will be returning.

Not thick enough for resin use.
The silicone is not think enough to hold its shape. The circles came our mid-shaped. I used these molds for resin and all the mold had at lease 2 that stuck to the resin piece then in turn causing the silicone to rip when the piece was taken out. Don’t recommend these molds if you are thinking of it for resin use.

Great size for kids
It did its job with no problems was expecting these to be a just a tad bit bigger but they're great for creating sample soaps or little stocking stuffer trinkets. They are also great size for kids who have a hard time handling bigger soaps

Don’t buy
Extremely tiny and thin molds. Not even the size of an actual soap bar. Super disappointing. Packaging also showed some wear as if these are returns or old.

Good material
That are too small for me, but they are really good for soap or even baking.

Okay
Not big enough for ideal homemade soap, maybe for travel soap. Great for diy lotion bars or great for chocolate bars
