Works well
Had to be sure to burn/seal the ends due to unspooling. Sewing caused deformation even on a strech rack but that did not detract from the final product.

I used this to create my own waist trainer and it works wonders I bought two. One for the upper part of my stomach and one for the lower so it can really suck me in and I love it
