To Seller/manufacturer :The procedure to install was easy, but threads do not easily go over pulleys because of lack of space. Please increase the width of pulleys and increase space between wall and pulley center. This will ease the installation a lot.To my fellow buyers:One benefit this product has over others is, 6 rods can be installed in 2 places (3 + 3). My balcony has an electric point on the ceiling and I could install 3 rods on one side and 3 on the other side of the point. This wouldn't have been possible with single unit of 6 rods.Pulleys are made of plastic, so no worries of rust. Strength wise look decent enough.All other accessories were provided, such as screws, plugs, washers, etc. You just need to have a drilling machine, screw driver and ladder/stool at your place. In addition to usual stuff, they also delivered me clothe separators (to avoid coloured clothes smudging neighbouring clothes) and a key-chain.

It's a good quality product. Saves lot of balcony space, easy to assemble, though the instruction manual could be more comprehensive and should be both in English and Hindi, as the carpenter I called to install it had trouble installing it. I had to translate the manual and provide instructions to him. Also, the side caps keep coming off every now and then which is a bit of an annoyance as you have to re-plug it. It will not fall off as it will string to the rope. Overall it's a good product just needs better finishing.

I am not sure if every one can seemlessly install this. however the manufacturer has taken pain to make it easy. youtube video has been uploaded by them to make us understand. however, this video should've been a little more elaborate on how the thread runs through. all in all a good experience from my side. it is a good idea to break the six rods as 2 sets of 3 numbers. make sure you gap it properly when you place it next to each other. one bundle of thread was so long i have one spare bundle with me.

It's difficult to install. It is designed to attach the ropes at end. But the end plastic cap is so weak that I had to put rope from inside

Very useful product. Initially took some time to assemble and install. However once installed, it is working well. I have removed all other clothesline now as this product is sufficient. Also, We can hang clothes on hangers on this

The pulley system is a hack, one threading goes over a rectangular piece of the body (not sure it's metal) and the rope actually cut through it. Now I'm in a fix on how to mend that. Would not recommend

Purchased this product after taking doing a survey and customer review. I find that this is the best in the market though a bit expensive than other similar products. Delivery on time by Amazon. Installed and getting a great relief in hooking up for drying the washed clothes. Thanks to amazon for bringing this to customers

I installed in the sidewalls (without any extra fitting) as I have slanted ceiling. The pulley system works fine. Not sure why they mentioned extra fitting needed for sidewall installation (in question section).Note - I had exact 3 feet wide passage, installation on side walls might be difficult for lengths not exactly matching that of the pipe length.Installation is quite tough, 10 big hole and fitting at that height, better to ask professional help.
