I just started using this product but I plan to update over time. I am using this product in conjunction to other fitness supplements such as CLA. I also workout 5-6 days a week and eat a clean diet. I do have my cheat meals on occasion but my cheat meals NEVER consist of fast food like McDonald's...I do not like fast food restaurants. Fast food to me is an apple on the go ;-)

Timed release is great, get your Bcaa's released slowly before, during and after your workout.
