Super Easy!
The media could not be loaded. Decades of sealing with a fork are over. This set is freaking GREAT! I used the 5” below with the supermarket 5 inch empanada wrappers from the freezer section. No need to add flour to the press set. This is a foolproof way of getting things done at a rapid rate. And they are uniformly appealing to the eye. lol! These are well-made, reasonably priced, easy to clean and nestle well. What a great investment!

Unsure of user error, but it doesn’t make any easier
Cool idea, but it doesn’t really help much to make empanadas. I’d rather make by hand since it doesn’t seal unless you crush really hard, and even then it doesn’t seal it too well.

Five-Stars, Fully Functional Product(s) and HORRIBLE "Prime" Shipping: Amazon CAN do it, but Will Not
I knew exactly what I was getting before I hit the "Order Button." I absolutely love these dough/turnover/dumpling presses. At first glance, the smallest of the three may appear too large for the purpose, but it is not. Use it a bit and you will soon agree. These presses are intended to shape and crimp dough - pie dough, puff paste dough, Danish dough. Shaping and sealing dough, NOT forging steel. Be gentle, use a little egg wash or water on the interior crimped edge. If the exterior dough tends to stick, a tiny spritz of pan release spray won't hurt. I began using my set within an hour of their arrival. Inverting the press is a good way to measure/cut the dough circle. For boiled dumplings, the dough should be left intact; for most baked goods, and egg wash and 1-2-3 small steam slits is a good idea. I find them easy to clean and top-rack dishwasher safe, but I NEVER use the hot dry cycle; your mileage may vary. Would I buy again or gift this set of three? YES - and the price point is about right for the set of three.Slightly Off-Topic: I'm DISGUSTED with Amazon's use of USPS's 'Mail Innovations' program and/or UPS's 'SurePost' service. Both are horrible and generally delay delivery by at least one full day. When using these programs, Amazon is Wholly Unable to 'deliver' on their Prime program's promise of "Two Day Delivery." They simply CANNOT do it! And yes, I know, this should be addressed to Amazon's Customer Service Department. Have YOU ever tried to send an email to Amazon's Customer (No-service) about a shipping or delivery issue? As far as I know, it CANNOT be done. Your mileage may vary, but I get zero traction. Those alternate, combination services may work well for some, but in rural areas, only UPS direct comes anywhere close to meeting Amazon's two-day delivery promise for Prime customers; unless Amazon uses 100% UPS (or FedEx), they simply CANNOT meet their promise.Added at 1944: I HATE having to report negatives about Amazon and its shipping practices. Amazon is a trusted vendor, here. Still, when they use these combined services delivery options, do not - and CANNOT meet their delivery obligations to (Fee Paid) 'PRIME' customers. I paid real dollars for enhanced services and Amazon is simply NOT delivering. Overtime, they insert more 'Wiggle Lip' qualifications and exceptions, but they still do not meet the standard that they sell. I'm not angry, but seriously disappointed. For anyone considering PRIME, take a second look and read some detailed reviews. YOu may change your mind.

just needed on
i just needed the 6" but i thought i might could use the others in the futureit worked great cut the circle but i had to roll it out after cutting to fit the crimping part but that was the dough not the unit fault. i may use the 6" for cutting and make the pocket pizzas with the 5"
