I used this on a couple of long train rides recently. I found it too warm to use as it's designed, so I just laid it flat against the seat back and rested the back of my head in the hole. It worked flawlessly. It supported my head so I wasn't flopping around all night. It's light enough and compact enough for me to just put it in my backpack. I slept really well on the train using this the way I did.

I love the pillow. It's very comfortable and the cover is soft. I also like that I can remove the cover to wash it, if needed. The elastic strap to hang it from my luggage worked fine for the first trip. However, I think that wider elastic should be used for the strap. I am concerned that the strap will not hold up for very long.

This so soft from the cover to the memory foam. It's a great neck pillow! Thought I would only use it on my upcoming international trip but i have now used it in the car on short trips too. I don't know how I lived without it!

Very soft. Mom uses it in the house as she falls asleep in her easy chair often. It prevents her neck from twisting.

This pillow worked very well for me. I don't sleep well sitting up, but the pillow helped a lot. I used it on a redeye flight, and I slept through most of the flight. It packs easily too.

Nothing wrong with the quality but they are pretty useless. Neither my wife nor I could get any comfort or sleep in the plane.

Wish I would have realized that the two ends don't attach to each other. I do like how the cover is washable.
