Works great now. Had to customize. My phone is little over 3 1/4 wide and .5" thick with its silicone case. Right out of the box, does not fit. Dig out the rubber on the car vent holder arms. Dremel smooth where the rubber was, then curl the arms out slightly with vise grips and a heat gun. Fits perfect now!

Works as should for my iPhone but my Samsung work cell is in an otter box & it's really difficult to get the phone in/out. Same goes for my husband's rubber-cased Samsung. Otherwise the only down side is the phone gets super cold with A/C on & hot with heat on. I don't think this is good for the battery.

Got a case, forget about it. The side arms are too narrow for a cell phone with a substantial case or Morphie battery pack. Second, when attached to a vent and you hit a bump, the phone gets knocked off the vertical position. To use, I first had to take off the case, and then constantly adjust. Try another.

I'm an Uber driver and had to find a device to clip to my vent as windshield holder left my phone in the sun and it kept overheating my phone. Love this. Very easy to install and use. Simple to take your phone in and out of. Great value for the price.

Broke after 7 months. The clamps that attach to the vent aren’t tight anymore and the whole thing falls off. What a waste.

Best cell phone holder if your vents are horizontal. Doesn't work so well on vertical vents.

For my daughter. She was always driving me to Dr. appts, and having to look at her phone for directions. She had purchased one apparatus but it didn’t do the job. She happy now that it works. I am happy because I feel safer. 😉

Personally I think very well thought out because you do not always have to pull it off and, as with my previous holder, the same thing pull off the whole thing. Definitely a great product for the price
