Q: I'm looking for the seasoning to put in sour cream to serve with tacos, it's the only thing I can't find. Any ideas?

This is the seasoning for the meat you usually get in the packs. It will work sprinkled on your sour cream as well but this is quite a big container just for that.

Q: Are this spices are hot ?

Not hot. Just a bit of a medium spice, definitely not too crazy

Q: Is this the same as the original beef taco spice mix (no longer in uk supermarkets), or is this the garlic and paprika replacement?

As far as I am aware it's the same as the normal seasoning. It says it's the "original" flavour on the one I bought

Q: is this the original mild mix

I think it is, but couldn't 100% swear to it. It tastes like the mild one I used to buy in a satchet.
