Dear, In fact, the lancets are free ,if you only order test strips,the price are the same . Besides,the lancets are also for one-time use and it's really consumable. Once you use it, you'd better throw it away,it's more clean and hygienic. It will also prevent blood samples from being contaminated and affecting test results. I just received this and used it 3 times within 10 minutes to test accuracy. My 3 readings were 10.4, 7.7 and then 5.5... How can i trust this device?

Yes, we found it very variable when it works at all. A lot of the test strips don't seem to work giving an alarming but misleading 'Lo' reading. We have stopped using it because it is not reliable.
