Works great, a nice upgrade from my previous peeler. I like how easily it slices through peels.

Drastic improvement over the shorter peelers. So easy to do irregular surfaces and long carrots in a single stroke. A little pricey which won’t matter if the peeler gives years of service.

I used an EKCO peeler ever since I was a kid, I'm 54 years old now. It was made in America, plain, basic, everyone had the same one, all of them worked perfectly. Now, somehow ours went missing. I tried at least 10 different new ones, all were Chinese junk as most things in America are now. I found this Suncraft, made in Japan, peeler on Amazon and even though it was a bit pricey, I gave it a try. It is the same as the one I used as a kid except it is bigger and BETTER. I love this peeler. I am a professional industrial mechanic, I use and appreciate quality tools. As far as peelers go, this is the one. I will buy more and squirrel them away so I'll never be without one again. This is one of my new personal treasures.

I was lucky enough to be able to get one of these at 'Tokyo Hands', a store in Japan, when my daughter lived in Tokyo! Once you use this long peeler you won't ever want to use the short ones again, this one is so much better! I'm glad I found this on Amazon, the one I have I've used so much I'm afraid it's going to dull soon, and this item is a staple in my kitchen!

This is the best peeler. You can do more than peel apples or potatoes. I've used it to shred cabbage and make zucchini ribbon noodles. It's perfect.

仕様にそう買いてあり、また画像で見てもある程度の大きさだとはわかっていましたが、手にしてみると予想以上に大きかったです。が、とても良いしっかりした作りです。持ち手のステンレスはヘアライン仕上げになっており、微妙に反りが入っていて握りやすい。試しにキャベツやらりんごやらに使いましたが、良いですねぇ。見た目だけではなく使いやすいです。生ハムにも使っている人がある、ということなので、ちょうどイベリコ豚の生ハムをブロックをいただいていたので試してみました。「あー、こりゃ良いこと知った」という感じに薄く削げます。いちいち近所の肉屋に頼んで薄くそいで貰う必要がなくなりました。アウトドア用に買ったので、なおさら附属のケースはありがたいです。ただこれ、機構上仕方ないのですけれど、カチャカチャ音がします。サンクラフトの製品は大根おろしも持っているのですが、お世辞でなくこの会社の製品は良いですね。とても気に入りました。

はやく買っておけばよかった商品です。母にも勧めました。

パンチェッタの塊を薄切りしようと思い購入。リッター社の小型の電動スライサーを持ってはいるが一々出すのが面倒、そこでこの幅広のピーラーを試してみた。切れ味はまぁまぁで少しの上下動で簡単に薄切りできたが、本音を言えばもっと薄くしたかった。人によっては手切りでこんなにサルーミを上手くスライスできないと思うが改良してくれないかなぁ
