I'm thinking of buying the CE. But read where people are having problems with the figures leaning, after a year anyone else having problems like this

I wasn't able to get a replacement for mine. It took tons and tons of emails back and forth, and it was basically "You can buy a replacement", so I gave up. It turned me off of the game. =/

Yeah. Not nearly as much as at launch but still has a pretty good following. One of the few games on Xbox One that runs at 60FPS

Do you need a "chat headset" and a "Kinect" in order to play Titanfall?

You don't need a Kinect to play. You can play titanfall without a headset, but it's recommended for team communication.

Does the collectors edition come with a regular game disc or am i expected to still have to do a Long Download

It comes with the standard disc package. If I remember, I didn't have to wait for it to download/install for long at all. The updates in the recent past have downloaded no problem and at a reasonable pace.
