This brand of knitting needles is my #1 go-to choice for knitting. They're well made, high quality needles that glide smoothly through any fiber of yarn & don't snag where the cable connects to the needles. There is actually a metal cable encased in a protective coating & I have never had one of these cabled needles break! This 16" cable is literally the perfect length & size (2.75) for knitting my adult sized Musselburgh hats with DK weight yarn. If a project calls for a size or length I don't already have, I always turn to ChiaoGoo first, hoping they'll have the size needles & length of cable I need. If you're looking for the best made cabled needle to work with, buy this brand! Only the red cabled needles will do for me; they're seriously the very best, most comfortable & well made ones I have found & I tried a few. None of the others compare to these.

Chiao Goo needles have an excellent reputation with knitters. They are sharp, smooth and don’t get twisted. These are my favorite circular needles.

Knitting a hat with fingering weight yarns, I was using two longer cables, splitting the stitches between the two needles. It was quite fiddly. Switched the knitting as soon as I received the 16" needle and its going much smoother and faster!I recommend Chicago needles. I've used them for socks, lace shawls and baby sweaters. I've no complaints!

Use this CHIAOGOO EXCLUSIVELY They are the BEST CIRCULAR NEEDLES I have ever used. I Used to use Addi but the wire kept coiling and I had a lot of frustration with them. Highly recommend.

Knitting Class

I needed a circular set at 16 inches and got this brand, as I had not tried them before. It's a good needle. My only dislike would be that the needle doesn't curve down near the cord, straining that joint a bit. Other than that, very nice needle.

Je les adore elles vont vraiment bien. La laine glisse bien et le fil circulaire est malléable. Très belle qualité.

Very expensive compared with buying one in a shop. I was not able to do so when I needed this needle.

Difficult to find this size of circular needles and these did not disappoint! They have nice sharp points and very easy to knit with.

Comfortable to hold, sharp enough point for knitting splitty yarns.
