Not quite as smokey as my previous brand, but it has a good fresh flavor. I would not buy this size unless you use large amounts or use it really often. Paprika loses its aroma and flavor quickly and can start turning brownish and tasting woody or cardboardish. I use a lot, so this was a good size for me.

I was completely taken by surprise by this paprika. It's so flavorful and rich. And I was not expecting it have such a wonderful heat level. To top it all off, the price is great for this quality and amount. I'm crossing my fingers the price won't be jacked in the future.
