Yummy sweets
I love these. The coffee flavour is good on top of the Wethers taste. Very expensive though.

The "Old World Recipe" for disappointment!
I placed the order and waited with great anticipation. Coffee... Caramel... Werther's! The mere thought was enough to keep me pacing the house as I eagerly awaited the delivery man's knock on the front door.I twitched every curtain, sprang to my feet and ran towards the door at the slightest sound of an engine nearby. Nothing. And then, there it was... the clear and insistent knock. The white van outside. The delivery man! Holding a small package aloft "Amazon delivery!"I tried not to grab at the package - must control myself - shouted a hurried "thanks!" Slammed the door shut and ripped the box apart. My Werther's Caramel Coffee sweets! I salivated with anticipation as I opened the package, reach in and retrieved an individually wrapped jewel.I took a short moment to admire the enticing swirls and the beguiling aroma. Then, with great relief, popped the sweet into my mouth.Utter Disappointment.I guess if anything positive came of this experience, it's that I now have a very clear and definite flavour to associate with disappointment. It was neither coffee nor caramel. Rather, it was some strange, industrial-tasting vileness.Smooth? Yes.Creamy? Meh.Rich? Well... I suppose that's subjective. Why, Storck, Why?Tomorrow, I will attempt to lessen my emotional burden by sharing this little pack of miseries with my work colleagues. Perhaps I can wrest some semblance of enjoyment from watching their contorted faces as these abominations assault their tastebuds... Misery loves company and all that...
