The reason why I am putting three stars instead of none is that I'm hopeful that this product will work for me in the future - and I will update it if any changes happen. You see, when I was in high school I weight 250 lbs. After being bullied for my weight I went on a low-calorie diet of one meal a day for over a year, and eventually went back down to 140 lbs. The moment I went off my diet, I was back up to 190 in a manner of months - which I'm guessing is because of how much my metabolism lowered, because I certainly haven't been eating that much. I've tried diet after diet, desperate because I don't want to go back to the starvation diet. You have no idea just how the sensation of not being hungry all the time feels, and it's not the kind of torture I ever want to put myself through again. However, nothing I do works. I'm so terrified of going back to where I was, I have terrible anxiety about it and that's why I turned to this product, hoping that I could keep myself from gaining anymore weight until I figure out a way to regulate my metabolism. After seeing all the different reviews and ads, and hearing about it from so many people - I was optimistic that this is what I was looking for. They talk about all these amazing results in a handful of weeks, but it's been four weeks so far and I've actually gained two pounds. You can imagine how disheartening it is, after years and years of struggling with weight loss - and I'm only 19 now. I am sincerely hoping that it starts to work if I keep taking it, but at this rate I probably won't buy another bottle.

So far I love this product. Let me first start by saying it was on backorder when I ordered it but I ordered anyway and the company actually sent it to me next day air when it became available (awesome customer service)!!! Now for the actual product....... I was sceptical because of my lifestyle that it would even work for me. I am a 36 years old active female and I have a very crazy schedule so I tend to not eat when I'm supposed to... usually when I'm busy I find myself binge eating. For example if I wake up at 10a.m. I won't eat my first meal till like three and then I eat a giant man sized meal I'll go to work and get home at 1 a.m. and then another giant meal right before bed I should be like 800 pounds. What this product has done for me is it has caused me to eat more regularly I find myself snacking more on healthy stuff throughout the day and not eating these gigantic meals once or twice a day. I actually eat like a normal person with a normal schedual now. Today For lunch I ate a half of sandwich and was full.... usually i can eat more then my hubby! I take two pills a half hour before each meal it will mess with your blood sugar a little if you don't eat in a timely matter. It does say a warning that this product can cause low blood sugar and to contact your physician before taking it if you are on diabetic medication it also says do not take if you are pregnant or nursing under 18 years of age or have a known medical condition. I seriously would love to give this product 5 stars except that I have not been taking it long enough to know how much weight loss I will have the way that it is affected my eating habits gives me so much faith that it will work because nothing in 36 years has it ever changed these bad habits for me. The other thing is that the change in my eating habits will also affect my weight drastically because I know the only reason why I put on the weight in the first place because of my terrible eating habits. I 100% recommend eventhough I prefer to keep this all for myself

I started taking this product about two weeks ago to help me lose weight, unfortunately, I have not lost anything. Well, maybe a pound or two here and there, but nothing and kept it off. It has helped to suppress my appetite tremendously. I am enjoying that part of the advertisement a lot. It may even be blocking the production of fat as well, since I am not really gaining either. I am exercising almost 6 days a week, but I have to admit, my diet could be better. I will try eating better and counting my calories this week and see if that makes a difference. I will come back and update the review if that does in fact help me.

It's only the second day I am using this product and I can slowly start to feel a decrease in my appetite. It's actually better that the feeling is not drastic but instead is a gradual transition. Don't expect to lose all appetite within a couple days; it will take a few days for your body to adjust and start feeling a bit less hungry. I don't seem to have any odd side affects so far. I look forward to seeing how it does after 2 weeks! this is more of a jump start product to help curb excess eating and get back into healthier habits. I hope to see results from the fat burning side but it is too soon to tell. Other products did not seem to impact appetite too much, but this one did.
