Sony LBTGPX77 1800W Mini Music System with Bluetooth and NFC

I love this unit....my neighbors, not so much! Is it loud?...oh baby, it is loud...and clear....and lights up....and is a must have. It has been a wonderful addition to my outside tiki bar/pool area. Easy to use and packs a punch. I also hooked up my outside bose speakers to it and I can not tell the quality difference between the two (and those of you with bose know what I am talking about when I saw quality).Only caution is that the speakers are quite large...but pack a great punch!

I first bought the lbt-gpx55 and they sounded good, but i really wanted the led lights, and was not very impressed. so i sent them back and bought this stereo and wow. these are even louder and have a lot more bass. This stereo puts out TONS OF BASS. i love it and the lights are fantastic. awesome system. clear sound quality too, highly recommended

some short commings in this stereo that i notice well in fact its loud and it has high bass bt its nt really deep bass that a system putting out 1800 watts rms...nd i do know my stuff when it comes to watts and rms 2nd is for the frist hour or so yes it loud bt after the third hour of countious play it seems to get lower on terms of sound quality nd bass.so after i turn the system off for a hour or so it was back up the sound quality when i frist turn it on ...the led lights great edtion to this 1800 watt system bt needs more patterns nd diffent lights so in terms for party use great for the frist two hours bt after that audio will go down bluetooth on it could reach longer distances for my phone which is imporant at parties..bt yes i have tryied it at the louldest it could go nd im pleased bt if sony could fix these short comings would be a great system ..hope this helps you in choosing in a stereo to buy

I'm satisfied with the item but shopping with MallStop was not a pleasant experience. The item shipped 3 days late and the item which was a Christmas gift arrived just one day prior [thank god]On to the music system it's awesome. Thing gets Really Loud. Base is really decent especially considering there's no dedicated sub. I will update later with my experience in the coming months.Update:3 Months in and this thing still plays as great as the day I got it.I see alot of reviews that say the stereo isn't loud as they thought or that it isn't loud at all. This is true only if you don't spend the time to set it up. Out of the box the loudness is only average for a system this large. But if you are spending $450 on a system you should know how to configure it to your taste[which is loudness for most people]The sound on doesn't just get loud the sound carries. When it's turned all the way up there isn't a place in my house I can't hear this system loud and clear. I can even hear it outside 50 yards down the street. Long story short,I'm satisfied with my purchase.ProsVery loudgreat connectivityGreat for TV and Video Games[but you have to set it up so voices play on tthe main drivers and not the tweeters]ConsOut of the box the system is only average in loudestI can understand how irritating it can be to have to work with this system to get the best out of it[but I didn't mind]I'll update again in a month or 2.Final Update.When this system worked ut was awesome, loud with nice deep base. Unfortunately it won't last. At about 8 months you will notice that the Bluetooth range starts to fall off a cliff. This is the first sign of trouble. Eventually the drivers started failing. The sound would be VERY low and empty regardless of the volume setting. It sounds almost like just the tweeters are working.Thankfully I was still under warranty. So I sent it in for repair. Great news right? Unfortunately after 4 weeks, I was shipped back the same unit with the same issue. How could they have tested it and sent it back with the exact same issue.Just shipped it back to Sony. They are exchanging it for a GPX 555. Hopefully this unit will last without having the hardware issues this one had.Warning for potential buyers, steer clear of this unit.

When I received it, 3 days before Christmas , it was displaying and error message as soon as I plugged it in. Due to Amazon's no returns on electronics policy, I called Sony and had to send it off for repairs. Thanks to the quality of the shipping, my Christmas/ New Years party was dead quiet. Exactly what I wanted after I spent 400$ on one of the loudest stereos that you can buy (sarcasm). It is now 3 weeks into January and I still do not have it back. I'm glad I spent 100$ on a prime membership, and hundreds of dollars on other products, to not be able to return EVERYTHING that I purchase.

First impression was, hey this is too big. I grew to liking it because of the sound and size was not problem anymore LOL.. I didn't have big space to put it. After installing it and listening to it I questioned if it was necessary to have a huge sound system to listen to ... Hell yeahhh I love the deep,big sound on it . even though I will not crank it all the way anytime soon I will love to listening to it in low volumes but right sounds ... this is the right size for the right sound.. Great Product I love it ...

This stereo rocks!!!! This is an incredible unit, the light show it produces is really cool. If I turn it up to half way it shakes my whole house, feels like I am at a stereo competition. I could not be happier with the quality of this unit. Great buy!!!

Is big very loud with all the base I put it all the way at 51 volume max n is booming loud n is very big the speakers n heavy the unit itself is small n lite weight the colors on the speakers r beautiful I put mines on rainbow colors n it flashes brite even my soul classic music the system brings it 2 life I luv my Sony system
