The pipe does not fit all the way into the base and so you think you need pliers to tighten it but if you use pliers you've damaged the item. When I emailed and complained about it they said that's just the way it fits these are metal Parts. I have never heard of metal not fitting. Even make the parts shorter or make the hole bigger. It looks stupid. It looks that way in the picture you just don't realize it until you get it home

Great quality and look! I purchased another set that included a toilet paper holder which was terrible quality this toilet paper holder is fantastic! It looks great, it’s sturdy, and I foresee it lasting a ling time. Installation was easy too!

The pipe does not fit into the wall socket, making it unusable. Hoping the seller will be able to send the correct piece. I’ll update this review if that is the case!Edit: The company almost immediately responded saying that they would send the correct piece. Will update how it works out, but very impressed with their communication and helpfulness.

I realize that this is supposed to look industrial but there was printed writing going across the piping of the toilet paper holder. The toilet paper covers it but nonetheless, it looks like I cut piping in my basement and made this with $3 worth of materials. The photos don't show what the item looks like without a roll of tp. I ended up having to spray paint over the writing.

Works great in the space. Hold the paper well.

You can't get it right enough without the center piece digging into the wall and pull the screws and anchors from the wall. It is a cool piece but wouldn't buy again. I will have to remove and put bigger anchors and screws now.
