Seller should sell original double layered braided rope
Product is ok but not given any information about thickness of rope but when you purchase with whole set with pipe its describe as 3.3 mm double layer braided rope but as replacement rope its twisted rope which is misleading please see difference in attached pics

This is exactly what's used in pulley rods for drying clothes. Each roll can be used for max 2 rods depending on the height of your ceilings.

Happy with the purchase
Thank you amazon for the perfect packing and super fast delivery. I was surprised the product was at my door step in less than 48 hours. After bad experience with another seller who sent me an inferior quality product, I had to trust cloudtail as it is amazon company. Cloudtail and Amazon are doing a fantastic job.I have opened the package of this cloth dryer for installation only to realize it is a foot longer than my balcony size. I should have measured it right before ordering. I can see the rods are very sturdy and of stainless steel I rate them a 5 on 5. As in the description the nylon ropes and pulleys are of good quality I would rate them a 4 on 5 as its plastic material but I can see it is quite reliable. The overall build is fine. I will update again once the replacement of smaller size arrives and I can use it for couple of months. I feel this is reliable. Eagerly awaiting!!

Avearage product
Rods are not as thick as other products ,rope are average but does not feel strong enough,installation support and instructutions are not suffice.Overall avearage product only but does the job fine.

Complaint re Assembly
The technician came yesterday and assembled both the items but unfortunately it is defective. I came to know from supplier it is wrongly assembled. Pl resend the technicians to redo the job

Quality of rope is good, value for money
Quality of rope is good, its easy to install. It comes handy when we want to replace just one or two ropes in the Ceiling Cloth Hanger which are worn out instead of replacing all the ropes.
