Cats Claw has amazing benefits however if you have any kidney or liver issues it can cause acute damage to both. 500mg is too much to take, please take this as a warning. 60mg (extract) to 300mg (capsules) is the standard daily recommended. 1 capsule is 500mg but the daily recommended on the bottle is 2, that’s a lot…I had kidney irritation and my egfr is now 10 points lower than it was in the beginning. Yes it works, but the side effects from overdosing are too harmful. Please be careful, don’t be like me and take it as a substitute of taking an immune suppressant, look for a smaller dose 💚
