BEAUTIFUL. Simply beautiful. Based on previous reviews I bought a 2XL because I normally buy XL. The 2XL fits me well. So I concur with those who say buy a size bigger than you normally do. I love the vest.

We love the vest. I had purchased the LARGE & the EXTRA LARGE because I was unsure of the sizing of the garment. The LARGE fit perfectly and my sweet husband loves it...and so do I. We are returning the EXTRA LARGE only because it was our "safety." The vest has workmanship and the fabric is so very nice. MANY THANKS!

First off, it is a great looking vest. I wore it to a recent wedding and received many compliments.Just 2 issues. First, the vest is not made in Ireland. It is from Asia. I was surprised to learn that and a bit disappointed.Second. After purchasing I read a review complaining that the vest had no pockets. That they were just for show. After taking a closer look the vest does have 4 lined useable pockets. The problem is they come sewn shut and they are tightly sewn shut. Don’t even think of pulling them open without a scissor.Would I purchase this vest again? Yes for looks and comfort, no for not being an Irish import.

Purchased for a casual wedding and expect it to go over well. The star rating is for the product; I will note that I'm pretty sure I got a returned vest from another Amazon customer as it arrived with several human and cat hairs attached. Nothing major and quickly resolved....but perhaps a bit more attention to the turn over of items on Amazon's part.

Fantastic vest. Warm and just what I wanted for winter wear for church etc. Can be both dressy and casual. Will be ordering the Blue one next.

My husband has several waistcoats and driving hats. This was a good addition and fits just as expected (he is a size medium and has an average build - neither slim nor heavy). Herringbone tweed is a must-have style that never goes away and can be worn for both a dress down or up occasion.

Sent to my dad as a gift. He is a slight built man, 88 yrs old. Generally a size medium in most things, occasionally a large if they run small. He got this and loves it but a large was too small!! We even used the size chart. Then we ordered the extra large to see if it will fit or if he'll be lost in it. It's huge on him. It was a beautiful vest but the sizing made it a no go.

I bought this for my husband to wear at our wedding. He usually wears a Large, so that’s what I got him. It was more fitted than he’s used to, but not too tight or small. He looked very handsome. I also liked the full back. The pockets aren’t real, but this wasn’t an issue for us.
