Accurate and Easy-to-Use Pool Leak Detection Kit
I recently used the **Leakmaster Leak Location Dye Kit** to find a suspected leak in my pool, and it worked perfectly! The **refillable syringe** makes it easy to apply the dye exactly where needed without any mess. The syringe allows for precise control, so I could accurately check the suspected areas, including seams, drains, and returns. The dye itself is highly visible underwater and spread slowly enough to give me time to spot the leak before it dissipated. I quickly identified a small crack near the skimmer thanks to this kit, saving me from hiring a professional for leak detection.Overall, this is a must-have tool for any pool owner dealing with potential leaks. It’s simple, effective, and saves time and money. Highly recommend this kit for DIY leak detection!

Does good job finding leaks
We using to find leaks in underground pool, first usage wasted because guys were moving too much in water n had water hose making waves and pool pump on and to do right need to turn water hose off, turn pool pump off, person dont make any waves or movement and get dye tube close to suspected leak then eject dye into area and not move just watch blue dye and see where it goes.First should look over pool and decide what areas would be most likely to have worst leakage then start at most likely spot then go down list from most likely to least likely and will find leak and dont be surprised if least likely turns out to be wrose because some things cant see behind good enough to know.

Sounds easy but not 100% at finding issue
My pool had a leak and I tried some food dye and thought I had a idea of where the problem was, But since my inground pool is surround by concrete I need to be sure. So I ordered this.It really did not work much better then the food dye, but there was much more so I did not feel like I was wasting my fluid. I came to a similar decision that it was one of the pool return jets, but since they are all connected I did not know which one. It was able to rule out the drain, skimmer and auto filler. In the end I hired a guy with a special microphone device that he could hear the leak and zero on how far into the return line pipe it was cracked. (turned out to be less than 1" from my fiberglass pool.So if you want to improve your guess, this stuff is OK, but if you want the real answer, get a pro with a listening deviceMy leak detection and the expert were in sync, the expect told me exactly where issue was and the dye had just told me somewhere in the return lines

Super useful and will last a very long time
I knew I had a tiny hole in our pool which ended up being a couple that were the size of a sewing needle piercing the liner. However, the graphics on the liner, or just small particles of leaves can throw you off so I needed a way to test if it was truly a hole, or possible a small nick, etc. I made my own dye to test with using some tye-dye ink from the store, but it only worked so well. I purchased this location dye and the ink is way heavier when its in the water. It will hang around for a moment before moving away (if there is not a hole) and absolutely visible if there is since the dye gets sucked into the hole.Be warned, you NEED to know where you think a hole is for any ink test to work. You will be using the included syringe to spray some ink at the hole, but will need to be about 1/2 inch away or less. The syringe has a small tube that you attach to the end for better precision and it works really well.I have patched about 6 small pin holes since purchasing this kit, and have yet to even use all the ink that comes pre filled in the syringe let alone any of the ink in the bottle. This kit will last a very long time.Very impressed and satisfied with my purchase!

Works great
Works great, but have to do your part. I very carefully squirted around seam. Then all of a sudden it tucked away. This is much different than food coloring in finding leak. Food coloring didn't detect at all. This saved me $400for diver(from pool company to find leak) patched with flex seal pool patch. We had water coming on outside. Water immediately stopped. Total repair including detection and patch $20!!! But it does take work to slowly go around seam. We did have some water leaking outside, so had general area! But don't waste time w food coloring. Make sure pump off also I disconnected both hoses and put them high to decrease any chance of any water movement. Also after you get in pool, don't search until water more still. Hope this helps
