Not 90 gallon

Looks great, filled it the first time at loves, truck sitting level and only managed to get 80 gallons in it. It keeps about 5 gallons in it due to the location of the drain. Do the math, it only has 75 gallons of usable capacity. I run RVs cross country and was upgrading from a 40 gallon tank.
