ALPINE NORTH Women’s Vegan Down Parka with Faux Fur Hood - Insulated, Water-Repellent, Winter Coat, Jacket For Women

I'm a true Southern California girl and needed a (vegan) snow jacket for a trip to Milwaukee during February snow. This jacket was perfect for my trip! It was super warm, perfect for layering, and the hoodie kept the drizzling rain out of my face. I received a ton of compliments on how it looked too. Couldn't be happier! I ordered a size small and was a little worried it swallowed me up a bit but when you're in snowy type weather, it was just right.

Beautiful, details on cuffs and around neck very nice. The cuffs are heavy, quality knit and have a thumb hole so you can slide them down over your hands if you wish. The coat itself is a very nice fabric, it has a high end look to it especially with the details being so perfectly done. Also, big, easy glide zipper. Hood is removable.I did think it was down filled, it is a synthetic so a bit heavier and puffier that I expected, but overall a beautiful coat.

Love this! The price and the quality of this coat are what I was looking for. I wanted a cruelty free and warm winter coat to get me through Chicago winters. This is the best coat I have found. Perfect fit and great fabric.

Very warm, this would be adequate for subzero temps for sure. It’s also a really nice looking coat. The cell phone pocket is tiny so most phones won’t fit but the coat is awesome anyway.

The coat is quite warm, light and fits well on a young woman with an average figure. The fill is all polyester but one would not know. It dispels the myth that poly is not as warm as real goose down or is heavier. Now the bad. The shoulder fit is a bit snug for an average sized young woman (5'5" 115 lbs) and could have been a slightly looser fit. But I am aware that a good coat does not need one to bundle up to feel warm. Overall, good value for the price. Will keep the coat.

This is the first parka I’ve ever owned, so I can’t compare it to others. That being said, this coat is CRAZY warm – I love it! I use it to walk my dogs on cold mornings and evenings. Even when the temp dips to 32 F, I still sometimes get a little warm and unzip the jacket. I am so glad I invested in this jacket.Size more: I’m 5’4” and 130 lbs and usually wear a small, but I saw another review about the coat being right around the shoulders – which I really don’t like – so I got a Medium to be safe. Fits fine! I probably would’ve been okay in the Small, too.

I never write reviews but this jacket is beautiful! Love the color, style, fit, warmth, quality construction. I‘m 5’10”wear size 16 and wasn’t sure if XL would fit and it’s plenty big to fit a sweater underneath. I did lots of research before purchasing this jacket and a similar one at Eddie Bauer cost twice as much. This is a beautiful jacket for the money.

Warmth/waterproofThis jacket was actually really warm. I was snowboarding in 20 degree weather and I was actually hot. I also wore it around and it kept me extremely hot. The jacket was also waterproof. I was snowboarding in the snow and fell a couple of times and at no point did the jacket get wet.ColorThe jacket I got was the white one. It’s actually a very bright white color. It is also designed for high visability so I was actually kind of easy to spot even in low visability.UtilityThe jacket had a ton of really deep big pockets. It made carrying things around a lot easier. The only downside was that the “phone” pocket (located on the inside of the jacket near the breast area) is actually really small and didn’t even come close to fitting my iPhone 8. It does have a slightly bigger pocket underneath that pocket but if you’re snowboarding or skiing your phone would be in an uncomfortable spot as it pokes you. This isn’t a big deal but it was a little annoying.Material/qualityThe jacket is made from really nice warm materials. It is a bit thicker than traditional snowboarding jackets but it was still really high quality. The stitching was really well done as well. The fur is also really nicely made. It got wet a couple of times and it always dried nicely and has not gotten matted and gross like most other fux fur.OverallI would totally recommend this jacket. I used it around town as well as snowboarding and it did a great job at keeping me warm and dry. It’s a nice fitting jacket and looks actually quite stylish and it’s a thicker coat. The only downside was the phone pocket but it’s just a minor inconvenience.

I was hesitant to purchase this jacket at first but I saw some positive reviews so I bought it. I got it in small and it fits me perfectly fine. The hand pockets and the bottom pockets are pretty warm. The hoody is good. This jacket keeps me warm. The jacket is kinda lengthy at the bottom which is good for winter. I would recommend everyone to buy this jacket. It’s worth the price.

Surprised it fits I’m usually close x1 us 38c chest and hips and small tummy and looking at the measurements got Large and fits ! and zipper closes , so happy with the fitting . Flattering I’m short 5”2 so the coat is much longer on me then the display picture and I have short arms and the sleeves are just right .

Good quality and the colour is amazing. I’ve already gotten compliments. The fit is perfect and it has a nice weight to it. The only thing I am not sure about is the fur on the hood because it is shedding just a bit already.

Excellent warm winter coat that fits well around the waist and doesn't interfere with driving when sitting on it.

Arrived early. Fits great, looks great and feels great. I am pleased with my purchase.
