To make a powder, we had to include a carrying agent for the Organic MCT Oil. We chose to use one of our favorite ingredients—Organic Acacia Prebiotic Fiber. Acacia is a fiber from ancient trees in Africa sometimes called the “tree of life.” Local workers hand harvest this fiber sustainably, to ensure that the trees are not damaged. Prebiotics are easily digested fibers that feed the probiotics in our gut. For those on the ketogenic diet, this is the perfect choice of fiber because it contains zero net carbs. Along with Organic Acacia Fiber, we included 1.5 Billion CFU of Lactobacillus plantarum, which provides an effective dose of probiotics to assist with digestion and assimilation. I hope this helps. I use regular mct oil to help me stay regular. Does this have the same great afftect?

I am so sorry, but we have not tested this product for use in that way, and are therefore unable to advise you. That being said, each serving of our Dr. Formulated Organic MCT Powder provides 6 grams of Organic Coconut Medium Chain Triglycerides along with 3 grams of Organic Acacia Prebiotic Fiber and 1.5 Billion CFU of Probiotics (Lactobacillus plantarum).
