Missouri Meerschaum - Diplomat Corn Cob Tabacco Pipe - Apple, Bent Bit

This was my first pipe. I am a cigar smoker but sometimes I don't have enough time for a whole cigar. So, I decided to try smoking a pipe. I sure am glad I did! This pipe is excellent, it smokes very cool and is very enjoyable. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to getting into pipe smoking, since it is very economical and great quality. Don't read any further just make the purchase.

If you don't own a Missouri Meershaum, you need to add one to your stable. They smoke great and are durable. Mine is one of my favorites. I own Chacom's, Petersons, Savanellis, Bavarian hunters, nordling, handmade customs, Red pipestone Native pipes, etc, but I LOVE the Missouri Meershaum's in an obscene obsessive sort of way. Add a couple to your collection, you won't regret it. Besides, it's an especially Americana kinda cool.

I got this pipe 05-03-2018 and it smokes most excellently well.Yes...The stem IS hard to pull out BUT I was expectin that havin owned a legend version of the corn cob.A suggestion...Besides bein very gentle when twistin it out...Is to take a thin knife blade and carefully scrape the inside of the wooden shank so as to widen it a bit.Im currently smokin Super Value Buttered Rum in it and it smokes better in my diplomat corn cobthan it does in my Dr. Grabow Grand Duke strangely enough.I would definatly recomend this pipe for anyone's collection and smokin pleasure.

The MM Country Gentleman and Diplomat are my favorite high quality Corn Cob Pipes. On one of my Diplomat Pipes I have smoked over 500 times and still shows no sign of wear in the chamber. Just break them in at a slower cadence for the first 10 to 12 uses! NOT your average MM soft Cob pipe. Highly recommend if your a pipe smoker!!!

This pipe is easily one of my favorites. I have some burl and meerschaum pipes but this is my first cob and I am still impressed by how well it smokes. If you add in the price of this one compared to my others, this cob blows them away. Beautiful polished cob that provides a nice cool smoke. With its apple shaped bowl that fits comfortably into the palm of your hand and holding capacity to allow a 30-45 minute smoke, it allows time to relax and enjoy your favorite blend. There is just something that makes a man feel like a man when he is smoking his pipe. Definately not my last pipe from Missouri Meerschaum

I have been purchasing these pipes for my husband for a couple of years now. He has tried the Washington, the Country Gentleman and now the Diplomat. He liked all three pipes but so far the Diplomat is his favorite. The bowl holds enough tobacco for a quick smoke and it has a very cool draw. The larger bowl fits his hand perfectly. All in all these pipes and especially the Diplomat are an excellent product for the price.

not quite as pictured but still, the build quality is excellent. a good smoke and classic look. the apple shape is awesome. I typically buy directly from MM but I like to use my Prime benefits whenever possible.

Pipe is cracking all along bowl after about a month, but still smokes great. It is definitely worth it for the cost and I will be buying another. Best pipe I have.
