The media could not be loaded. Great product and need less than calm in scoops! It helps me sleep, helps with digestion and all natural! Great price point too!

The other major brand that... hint...says it helps make you calm, is no longer magnesium citrate, they switched to a form of magnesium that is not well assimilated. This works great, I take it before bed every night. No taste, dissolves fairly well.
