Will it damage my battery?

No, I bought two of them and use them a lot. It would automatically turn off when my battery was running down.

How long will it go on one full battery?

Depends on battery size. I tried it with a fully charged my dewalt 5AH 18v battery, the 32W light ran for about 3-4 hours.

Will USB charging port stay on as long aslight will be on or always on?

The usb charges whether the light is on or off.

Can the usb-a port or usb-c port for my phone charge it?

No. These ports can only charge your phone.
