What is the actual color of this new Batmobile? It appears to be black but in some pictures it looks greenish/brown? Thanks!

Well it's not actually black..it's more like matte blackish color....even the batmobile in the movie is not true black..the color of this toy is accurate to the movie batmobile in my opinion..I'm very happy with it.. I say just go buy it..it's totally worth the money

Does Batman come out of the vehicle

Yes, he’s a fully articulated figure. And almost any 6 inch figure will sit in the car. I have the Mezco Batman in the non electronic version. The vehicle is easily the best thing Mattel has ever done.
