This stuff does so much more than wound-care. I've only been on it a few days but in that short amount of time I can already tell that it has helped my circulation. In particular I feel like it's helped the blood flow to my feet. I have an ulcer on my big toe that I've been dealing with for months which is what prompted me to order. I also feel like it has incredibly increased my energy; I no longer get that afternoon fatigue. I also feel like it has hydrated my eyes and my skin also looks more plump. I've only been able to take it once a day because anything more than that makes me jittery. Probably due to the vitamin B. The packets are also very large and I noticed that most of the posters do not mention this. Be prepared it's a very large packet, you can almost use half a packet a day if you wanted to cut cost. I really don't see how people drink two packets a day? But then again I'm small petite so that may be why. Vitamin B affects me and if you're sensitive to it I would not recommend taking two a day. If you want to dose two, take them early in the day otherwise they will keep you up at night. I've also noticed an increase in my mood not feeling quite so anxious. And lastly I feel like it might be helping my metabolism. I don't feel quite so hungry like I used to. I don't think it suppresses appetite, I think it just stabilizes the metabolism. So far, this has been an outstanding product. Yes it's expensive but the size of the packet makes it affordable. If you're on the fence about trying this, I would highly recommend it. The tropical punch is very good. I haven't tried the orange yet but I intend on trying it since I purchased the variety formula. Great product Ensure!!!

Wound healing is complex, For those of us at an increased risk of adverse outcomes, this is a potential option (speak with your physician/provider). We used this as a part of the ERAS protocol.Is it delicious? No. But that is not its purpose - this is "immunonutrition", not a refreshing beverage to sip on a warm summer day (sadly). Is it palatable? Absolutely and it's even "okay".- Orange has perhaps a bit more bitter than fruit punch, but both are fine- Using a small hand frother has been the best way to dissolve the powder in water and then just drink it down. I found it clumped when placed in a water bottle and shaken regardless of how vigorous I shook it.- I added a small serving of Stur coconut pineapple once - consider this/similar if the taste is too off-puttingIt is a bit expensive, however my RD had a discount code from the manufacturer as an option to help offset. Overall this has been an effective adjunct in wound healing.

This stuff is amazing!! My hubby had an open wound, on the bottom of his foot. The hospital started him on this drink, and I have continued it. Hubby says it tastes like tang, they also have fruit punch. A little expensive, but well worth it.

The quality of this product is definitely medical grade, working in a medical facility, I commonly see this very product used for patient's with extensive skin issues; thermal burns, pressure ulcers, and surgical wounds all are given this to assist in wound healing.The speed of mixing this product into water takes time, but using room-temperature water aids in absorption. This product shouldn't assist in energy level, but it has a multitude of compliments that helps with restorative/repairing throughout the body.It's easy to mix, just use room temperature water, the ingredients themselves are somewhat unpleasant, and I find that diluting the product decreases the tang/bitterness of the product.

this product has been a game changer in my healing process. I will say that it took me a few days to figure out the best way to drink it. If you mix it straight into a drink, it can be a little powdery tasting. It doesn’t dissolve quickly. what I did was, I started putting it in my drink and shaking it up and leaving it in the refrigerator overnight when I get up, I shake it again and then drink it and it’s a lot smoother. The flavors are not bad. I have the fruit and the orange taste like one of those drink packets that you would put in your water. The difference in my level of healing after I started drinking this has been significant. I had been about five weeks without seeing much healing from a surgical incision after I had taken this for a week, We started to see some progress and now I’m on week three of seeing progress in the healing of my incision. My goal was for my incision to heal without me having to have additional surgery and so far I’m on that path. Please make sure you discuss with your doctor before you start taking this.

First of all, the people that are complaining about the flavor must be thinking this is a Starbucks refresher or something. It tastes normal and like a medical drink should. It’s really not bad. I put it in a glass with ice and I actually like the flavor. Just use ice water.I had a severe bout of colitis this month. I felt like death. I was scared. I wanted to start working on healing my gut. This really helped me recover and heal. I am buying it again and will always drink this. Also as a bonus my skin looks amazing from the collagen in this drink! I’ve been told I look great for 57. But it. It’s worth the money.

A bit pricey, but it works wonders! My friends and family rave about it every time. Whenever we feel a cold coming on or get sick, we drink a pouch of this, and it instantly helps us recover. This is my 5th purchase, and I’ll definitely keep buying it for my loved ones! Highly recommend!

This really works for slow healing wounds, it is worth the price. It was recommended to us by the wound clinic and has worked well for us on two separate occasions.
