Love this dish. It's perfect for the butter on the counter and it's pretty. I like that the lid doesn't touch the butter!

I really like these long-styled butter dishes which works well if using the long sticks. I like that you can fit 2 long sticks in them: much more practical than round dishes that I have been using. I also like the lids that work well to keep the dust out and they can be stacked in the refrigerator or cupboard. Then having colors and designs that work well with most any decor tops it off!

Like others have said, after a couple of weeks of using this dish, the seal stopped sealing. I took it off and washed it, washed the lid, wiped around the inside of the container - still no seal. This is not a deal-breaker because any regular butter dish does not have a seal, but it was disappointing. The dish itself is very pretty and its capacity for multiple sticks of butter is appreciated.

Nothing about the item is “air tight” I thought I got a faulty item the first time around, the top wouldn’t stay on, didn’t keep butter dish closed. I returned and exchanged for the same item as I think the actual butter container is beautiful, I got the second one, the replacement and same issue, the lid doesn’t stay on, there is no seal to the dish.

The butter dish is pretty and it would fit a lot of butter but the lid won't stay on. The rubber seal is too stiff and the lid just pops up. The airtight lid is the main thing I was looking for so I am very disappointed with this and will return it.

This is such a cute design for a butter dish, but the lid does not stay on. The lid doesn't seal. I continue to use it, but I wish the seal on the lid worked.
