Better than your normal ball!!!
I have used one for 10 years now and five them for gifts. Genius! Hot stone meets deep tissue massage!

Evil but effective massage roller
I've never heated this roller, but I use it for pressure point release on sore muscles. It's an evil little thing, but it does work. It's not soft, so if you're looking for something which will give when you rest on it, I would get a soft spiky physio ball. But if you're looking for a roller to get into really tight sore muscles, it's worth it. Oh and it withstands the jaws of a springer spaniel too - she got to it before I did.

Like this even better than the acu ball
Like this even better than the acu ball. This is the only thing that has been able to release my tight,, inbalanced shoulderblade muscles. I lie on it on the floor with my spine in the groove and just let it sink into the tight bits for 3 mins. I use it mainly on my upper back behind my shoulerblades up to my neck. It really helps release tight muscles either side of the spine and those a little further out which I think is why its better than the ball for me, as I already have spikey balls for my glutes. Extremely easy to travel with. Gd for neck if you place acuback on a thin hard book. This is hard, but it does release problem muscles because of that. I wont be heating this up though as to precious to loose, had acuball but it exploded in microwave, my advice is dont heat it, use a wheat bag to warm up muscles before and after instead.

I have found this to be very good. It can be painful whilst lying on it ...
Bought this after using a tennis ball on my upper back and found the principle worked. Once warmed and tight spots found, I have found this to be very good. It can be painful whilst lying on it but once through the initial discomfort I found it to be very effective.Definitely recommend this.Even downloaded the app for info which is pretty good too.

Great for deep muscular pain
This ball is amazing. It's hard as a rock and takes some practice and getting used to, but it relieves my deep muscular pain every time. I am a qualified masseuse and I highly recommend this ball.

Dangerous for spine as the groove is too shallow
Not a deep enough groove to accommodate spine which makes it rather dangerous & very painful. Good for massaging quads etc. but it does not align to spine as claimed.

Works great on knotted muscles and pressure points
I had one of these years ago and really liked it. Unfortunately my husband wanted to use it and put it in microwave for 2 minutes when it should only be 50-60 seconds. It blew up. I was happy to find this one on Amazon. It's great for knotted up muscles and pressure points. Just put it under area where your problem area is. Move it to another area after a few minutes or keep it in same place. I fall asleep with mine in one spot, wake up and move it to another problem area. Works great for me.

Great product
Great product!! Love how it can be heated up and it actually lasts pretty long! Does relieve some back and neck tension. I have not yet mastered how to use on the calves after workouts though, definitely a bit more uncomfortable when using it there due to the area that’s raised that’s supposed to follow your spine.

I love this little ball!
I bought the regular sized ball recently and loved it so much that I had to get the mini to reach those knots in my upper back with precision and it works like a charm! I love that all these products can be warmed up in a pot of boiling water. Do not microwave this one. Boil it in a pot for 10min only! I love to use these products in bed at night to help loosen all my tight knots I have literally everywhere. I suffer from daily chronic headache for 2 years now due to loss of curve in my neck which in turn doesn't allow my muscles to move as they should so they're ALWAYS tight and this little ball of awesome fits perfectly under the base of my skull on the sides where my restricted muscles are and provides some relief. I'm going to have to order another one of these along with all of Dr. Cohen's other products. Love it.

Impressed with my Accuback roller
This is a great addition to physical recovery routine. This is a solid "hard" rubber body massager that can be frozen or heated in the microwave depending on the type of application you seek. I mix up my regimen and treat both a sore back and sciatic injured left hip/glute using this acuback. The Accuback roller comes with a small plastic ring which is used to hold it in place as it is being warmed in the microwave.Got so much relief from this item I bought a second one and gave it to my son who is using it to treat a chronic back injury.

Super
Placé sous les cervicales c'est un vrai bonheur ! La chaleur se diffuse lentement, attention à bien respecté les 1 min max au micro ondes sinon la balle peut exploser.
