Can you use the Nomcore distrubution tool with the funnel still on the portafilter?

Not sure what you mean by “small” coffee grounds (aren’t all espresso grounds small?), nor by “stick” (assuming you mean by static electricity), but whether grounds stick to this may depend on the grinder you use. I have a Baratza Sette 270Wi that doesn’t product much, if any, static. Sometimes fines get up between the top of the portafilter and in the lip of the dosing funnel, but you can easily brush those off. Otherwise, nothing seems to “stick” to it.
