Venice: Italian Phrases for English Speaking Travelers.: The most needed phrases to get around when travelling in Venice, Paperback – August 6, 2015

This book is utterly useless. There is no pronunciation guide, so I would need a second resource to actually use any of the phrases offered. I bought the book for help with words and phrases in the Venetian dialect because of Venice in the title, but there is no mention of dialect in the book. The jacket blurb tells me to use my phone or device along with the book - in which case, why do I need the book? And why would a traveler need a phrase like, “I would like to see someone about a mortgage”? Finally, the jacket blurb has a really sloppy typo in the first line. I do not know how or why this book got into print.
