VELO Ergogel D3 bar Lenkergriffe (mit Bar-Ends)

I was looking for some grips that would help my hands which were getting really numb on the standard bar grips, not only do these offer the extra vertical style grip but also on the standard horizontal grip the extra padding totally eliminated my numb hands. Other reviews said you have to get the angle correct, this is very much a personal thing as I tweaked the fitting after I initially fitted them and they were not as good in one position as it was the first position, so when I put them back they were perfect for my hands - even after a 16 hour ride one day my hands were still perfect

Just bought and fitted these and after a 2.5hr ride along B roads and byways I must say I'm very impressed. They were easy to attach, have remained sturdy on my bike and have done the trick of keeping my palms supported. My only slight gripe is that they didn't come with any instructions or guidance regarding angle of fitting. I watched s couple of youtube videos and the consensus seemed to be to start with an angle of about 15 degrees. I went with probably closer to 19 degrees and that worked fine, though after a couple of hours my wrists were starting to get a bit sorefrom being pointed up too much. Think I'll drop them back closer to 15 degrees as per the videos. Very effective though.

These were quickly delivered and were far easier to fit, with the aid of two hexagon keys, than the old ones were to remove. A couple of minor adjustments allowed the optimum position to be found. They are very comfortable in use, large enough for my quite big hands, and alleviate some numbness and tingling which I often experienced with the old, normal grips. The option of an alternative way to hold the bars is welcome on longer rides. They appear to be well made and of high quality; time will tell.

Easy to install, hard to position correctly! Still can't get the right position to stop my hands going numb. Not [I think] the product's fault, it's a very personal thing. I will persist and keep trying different angles🖐️🖖

I did not expect very much for the price to be honest, if it was a little more comfortable than the standard grips that came with my Diamond Back bike i would be happy. However, what arrived in the post was a fantastic item which was easy to fit and extremely comfortable when in use. it is the perfect size when used normally and also when your hands are resting on the bar ends. i left them slightly loose so i can twist them as i ride and dependant on my position on the bike and they are perfect. I could not have ordered a better product and certainly NOT for that price! i would 100% recommend this product and will buy another set when i replace my partners bike too.

I installed these onto a flat handle bar roada bike. The install process was easy enough and they look good on the bike matching the overall look and quality of the existing fittings.They're much better than the existing grips that were on there but I feel that they could have had a bit more 'give' in them, the rubber material is quite hard.

I've used several combined grip/bar ends on my MTB and these are the most comfortable I've found. I particularly like the fact that the bar ends are a part of the soft moulding rather than being hard metal appendages. My wife has weak wrists and finds they make a big difference to her cycling comfort (and therefore the range of our cycling trips!). Quite expensive compared with some, but worth the extra.

Very well made, give a good comfort. Only reason I have given only 4 stars as it is a bit bigger then expected, but I might of been wrong when I have chosen the size. I choose Large and maybe I should've choose Medium. Maybe some measurements to be added would help the future buyers.
