Have not ought previously. When pens didn’t write well company reached out and sent me another set. Very pleased with interactions with their customers service. Also pens are very pretty and write well. Will be buying more for gifts to friends, family and coworkers

There IS a pink pen in the pack! I like pens and highlighters. This did not disappoint. Most of the pens write in black ink. Accurate description.

These are some of my favorite pens. Very smooth. The ink doesn’t smear. The pens feel very comfortable to hold.

I really love the pastel colors. Perfect for journaling, doodling, or adding a pop to your notes. The gel ink flows smoothly without skipping, and the pens are comfortable to hold. Durability-wise, they’re solid. The pens feel sturdy and the caps stay secure, so no worries about ink drying out unexpectedly. However, the ink runs out a bit faster than I'd like, especially with the lighter shades. If you’re using them regularly, you might go through the ink quickly. Overall, these are great for casual use and creative projects, but not ideal for heavy, daily writing.

Don't put the black mat under your pen, it will stick to every pen and make the mat hair fall off. You have to manually remove the hair with the hair remover for a long time. You might as well give me a plastic bag? TaT

Good quality pens and offers different ways of 0.5. The two highlighters are a huge plus.

Purchased October 1st, I’ve thrown all but half away, but these 4 are all I have in my pen bag for guest checks.the liquid core highlighter was bad from the start, the other one worked fine (but it was snagged along the way, same with the pink ink pen)These remaining ones all have leaky tops as pictured,And while they work fine for a lefty, I discovered they do not function as well for right handed individuals. The survivors are going to live out the rest of their days as personal pens, as they should have from the beginning.While they were used heavily, some were busted from the start, more busted within the week, and now 3 months later there’s my 4 and maybe two more floating around my bar if I’m luckyThat being said, they were very comfortable to use, were cute in color, and have a nice flow when working properly. I got a lot of compliments on the pens and several jokes on taking the pen for themselves.
