Purchased this to extend the line from a home CCTV camera to a wall socket further into the garage. Easy to use and attach. Cable appears to be pretty solid compared to some, and has a nice secure fit to the CCTV cable. Time will tell as to it's durability.

Speed wise it works as a general usb 2 not 3. However the biggest down side mine is only a meter long. Straight to the bin... Do not buy if the length is important for you

I was worried about line loss with the long cable but everything works fine. I needed it to run a gps unit outside for experimenting with some software. Should have bought one of these a long time ago.
