Easy to put together

I’ve purchased three of these in different sizes for myself and four for my mom, to everyone that says the directions aren’t clear that’s not true there are little boxes on the tip of the poles that says bottom poles and top poles I put these up so fast I think I should work for the assembly team lol and it’s very sturdy I’ve had two for 1 years and 6 months and I just purchased this one. To be fare I haven’t hung coats just clothes

Disappointed. NOT Heavy Duty
I didn't like the marketing of this product as "heavy duty." It most definitely is NOT. I was going to purchase multiple units for my master closet if I liked this one, but I'm searching again for another product to finish the job. The assembly was manageable for one person (a senior) with a mallet (mine) and screwdriver (provided). The flanges provided as "stops" for the shelves on the poles are of poor quality and shift a bit. Once you do a few, you get the idea, but the flanges are junk. I think VIPEK could have done better on that design. The poles for the frame are narrower than I expected, and I am not certain they will hold up to the weight capacity as advertised -- 730lbs. Once assembled, it was easy to slide into my closet. Once loaded with clothes and objects, the unit is difficult to move, so make sure it is where you want it before you load it (or get one on wheels). This is probably good for temporary or supplemental storage, but it is not as strong and sturdy as I was hoping for. I had high hopes...

Exactly as I expected it to be
This came well packaged and was easy to put together. It's a little heavier than I expected, which to me means "sturdy." It looks nice and holds all of the items I was hoping. I would have liked an additional shelf on the side, but I can easily rig one. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my purchase.

Quality
We we were expecting this to be flimsy, but were proven wrong. The item is very sturdy, smart and well designed. So thankful that the instruction manual was clear and detailed. Would definitely buy again.
