No it is not, it’s made in China. The price would be substantially more if you could find one. Try a scrap yard if you want an American made.

What is the control valve pipe size? Also what size blanking plug to plug up the second hole when using in a one pipe steam system?

It could be one inch depends on the size of piping usually there’s a bushing coming out of the radiator which needs to be reduced to the correct size
