Can I pre make several vertuo pods with foil lids and store them for a week?

I usually sit down for half a hour every once in a while and make a bunch of them. The coffee stays fresh thanks to perfect sealing.

I read that medium-fine grind is the best. must order online. cannot grind myself. don't have descriminating palate. where/what to buy economically?

Is the glue in the whole bottom of the lid or just the rim?
