I have something important I needed to get my hair dyed for, but I couldn’t use my regular hair dye because I needed to wash my hair today. I was able to order this and it was delivered same day and it allowed me to dye my hair, even after washing it today.When I first put it on my hair, I was very concerned because it went on like a thick paste that looked black. I got the medium ash color, so I was a little worried because it looked so dark. But after rinsing it out after 25 minutes, the hair color was perfect and all my grays were covered!I’ll definitely order this again!.

I've been using this for years and it's an easy way to add color in between permanent colors. I use it every month, except twice a year when I get a permanent color. When used with a good color shampoo/conditioner, this really lasts for me.Regardless, I always doublecheck the recommended time to leave the color in my hair. This time, after I put the color in, I went to check the directions -- and they were all not in English (I'm in the U.S.). It was no problem for me in this situation, but hair color directions are super important and should always be with the packaging.As a color, this one looks natural on me and doesn't cause any damage to me hair. I love it.
