Best purchase I've had in a long time

Great purchase
Bought this to use in a chocolate and chilli cocktail I was creating. The bitters really balances out the flavours and is great for taking the edge off sweet chocolatey cocktails. Also used it in a chocolate sazerac and everyone loved it. Brilliant for use with dark spirits.

Nice addition
Nice addition to your cocktails but only use a drop or two as it can overpower

Not just for cocktails
I got these originally to use in old fashioneds, but since then I've been adding them to food (adds interesting depth of flavour to chili), soft drinks (especially good in cherry cola) and other booze and for the most part they have improved on what they were added to. Good value for money, too, as they come in a pretty big bottle as bitters go.

A mellow alternative and good for doubling up
I really like these bitters. Sure, they're not especially bitter but they do round out and add complexity to overly sweet aged spirit drinks and are a mellow alternative for people who don't like their bitters too bitter. For my own tastes I often double up with a dash or two of these aztec chocolate bitters and a dash of some orange or angostura bitters.

Excellent bitters
Good quality bitters for the mixologists. The orange and chocolate ones go great in an old fashioned.

Perfect
Very fragrant with noticable hints of cocoa. Great in an espresso martini.
