It’s totally unbelievable. I can now sleep through the night and go to sleep much more quickly and I don’t wake up with Aiken bones.

So I’ve been in search of a very good ground mat/ sheets/ etc… I’ve researched extensively and one thing that is unanimous is that pets will become directly attracted to grounded items.. As you can see, my puppy is not the least bit interested or and energy is pulling him towards these grounding sheets & I purchased these sheets for his bed. I am sending these right back and hopefully will get a better quality grounding May on my next purchase.

Since I’ve been sleeping on this, I’ve had a deeper sleep than usual. Yes, the small sheet scrunches up, but it does seem to be helping me.

I am extremely happy with this product. I generally need help sleeping & have tried several remedies including Rx. Not only do I fall asleep quickly my dreams are wonderful. I have more energy during the day. I’ve always been a late night person & for the 1st time in 65 years I find myself going to bed before 10 pm & not after midnight. I use bedsheet clamps to keep the sheet from moving & that works great. I’m Very Happy with this purchase 💜

I tried it for a month. I didn’t sleep any better, so I returned it.

I wish that I had held out for something larger because when I roll over it scoots away from me but I have nothing really negative or positive to say since I haven't had it long enough.

I slept on this sheet for several months and didn’t notice any change.
