Good product
This might be long. My apologies, but I wanted to share. I bought this as I’ve been losing weight and I wanted to reduce the cellulite that is appearing on my thighs. Other reviews and the product shared at first you will experience some bruising. That is true. Don’t press hard on your thighs at first. Even if it’s light massage you may bruise slightly. I didn’t realize it has also help with nerve pain I have been experiencing for 4 months now. I use this after I shower at night and it has helped with my sleep. It’s important that you get a massage oil before using this to help not bruise so much and it works better on a moisturized skin than a dry skin. I started off with doing 25 strokes on each leg for about a week. Then added 10 more strokes each week. Bonus, it helps with your arms, biceps and triceps doing the light work out. Would recommend not stroking fast but a good pace. It is easy to use. The video shows it can help with your glut area. I am sure if you’re a small bone individual it will work well, but if you’re not, it may be difficult. The size is perfect. It is not heavy. It was made very durable. For the value, it’s worth it.

Total Game Changer.
I want to start by saying I haven’t lost weight or changed my workout routine—so these results are 100% from using this tool. After hitting 35, I started noticing stubborn cellulite that just wouldn’t budge—despite clean eating, weight training, and cardio. As a former collegiate athlete, this was super frustrating. That’s when I started learning about fascia and realized it might be the missing piece.I’m so glad I found this tool! The visual difference from before to after is incredible. Just today, while icing my leg for an unrelated reason, I noticed how dramatically the cellulite had faded—it’s nearly gone.In the beginning, I used it once a day for the first two weeks. Now I use it around 3–4 times a week, and even with that inconsistency, the results have been amazing.Be warned: the first 1–3 weeks came with a lot of bruising. But I found that the bruising followed tight areas—especially my hamstrings, which have always been a problem for me. That was actually reassuring, as it felt like the tool was targeting the exact spots that needed it. It’s helped break down my fascia and even reduced some small fatty lipomas I’ve had for years.Truly impressed. If you’re at your wit’s end with stubborn cellulite or tight fascia, this is worth a try!

So far, great
I bought this improve circulation in my legs and to help relieve tight muscles among other issues. I have been doing this in bed at night. It helps me to reach my legs better on top, behind the legs as well as the sides and inner thighs. I do this over thin pants so I don’t have to put on the cream or lotion. I suffer from RLS, fibro and fluid buildup from taking beta blockers in my legs. I wanted to see if it would help any of those issues. So far I can tell that my legs feel lighter like it’s moving some of that liquid in the legs like a lymphatic massage as another reviewer stated. I start at the ankle area and move upwards to the top of the thigh towards the heart. This roller is well made and each ball with nodules moves freely. I do wish it was a bit smaller so it would fit around the calf area better, but it’s still doable. I also go from the wrists up to the shoulder area. I have had no bruising so far. It will take some time to see if it helps the other conditions, but have been happy with it so far. I don’t really care about the cellulite, but will give an update at some point if it helps that as well.

Easy and impressive
Honestly didn’t think this would do much for me but I was wrong! I’ve only been using for a few weeks. And I’ve only been using it between 2-4 times a week with my regular body lotion and I’ve noticed a pretty significant improvement in cellulite and general smoothness/softness. It does cause a bit of bruising, so you definitely need to make sure you’re not applying too much pressure, but IMO it’s a small price to pay

YES!!!
Been using this consistently for the last two weeks..the change is dramatic! I am thin, but have a lot of cellulite on my back legs and butt. I looked in the mirror the other day (same mirror and lighting that isn’t forgiving) and couldn’t believe my eyes! I’m using a cellulite oil (also from Amazon.) I kind of stopped wearing biker shorts that weren’t black and when I tried my blue ones on the other day I loved the way they looked! It’s been awhile I felt good in them!Consistency is key. I do three minutes on each leg and then on my butt another three to four minutes. It’s not gone but in another month or so I feel like it could be if I keep it up. I had tons of bruises at first but now I can roll hard and no bruises at all. This has to be good…period…when it comes to circulation and inflammation.I’m telling all my friends about it. Amazing!

I’m torn on this one
Background: I’m 35, F, Mother, seeking to address cellulite on the backs of my thighs and some creeping around the sides. 140 lb with athletic body type and the item fit comfortably around my legs. I never figured out how to roll my behind because the roller is the wrong shape for it.The pros: item quality, packaging, delivery, and ease of use were all good. I liked how it felt like blood flow was being brought to the area, and it seemed like there was a smoothing quality to the rolling. My legs really did look smoother after use.The cons: I discontinued use of the product because it’s my belief the roller actually just stretches out the skin. So yes, it lessens the appearance of cellulite. But it’s essentially Indian sunburning your legs to do so, and my leg skin started to feel and look weird. Loose. It snapped back a week after I discontinued use, but I would rather have cellulite than droopy skin. I know I can work harder in the gym, but loose skin is hard to fix. IYKYK
