Q: Does it come with a super saiyan head

The super saiyan head comes with the gamma 1 figure Gamma 2 comes with glasses head and piccolo white cape

Q: Does the Piccolo Figure squeak when it moves its joints?

Depending on if it’s damaged or if the joints are in a little to tight it will squeak. I don’t have this figure but I can predict it will if it has those issues I mentioned. I also know this because I collect action figures

Q: Pre-ordered this item back in May, it is still showing estimate for October but other are getting this item now. How come pre-order is even slower?

If you got from the actual Amazon seller themselves, it seems they are getting their shipment late as I have just gotten my Piccolo this month even tho most other retailers have had them for months.
