I really love this lamp. Its very adjustable and the base is small and sturdy. I bought this for my sewing room. It has two types of light and can mix them for even lighting. Three brightness settings too. My kids dropped the remote and the batteries came loose. After that, the remote stopped working. After some searching and trial and error, I figured out how to pair it again.PAIRING THE REMOTE: UNPLUG IT THEN PLUG IT BACK IN. HOLD DOWN THE SQUARE BUTTON IN THE MIDDLE UNTIL THE LIGHT FLASHES!Now it will be paired. I have no idea where the instructions are in my house but don’t throw them away if you can help it. The company should put the instructions for pairing on the remote since the lamp is not changeable any other way.

Until I read the reviews I was following the manual saying to press the “match code/clear code” button till 3 flashes of the remote control indicator light flashes 3X. You need to press the square button above that one and the lamp flashes 3X. Important correct directions to get it to work.

Be careful when putting it together about cross threads. Other than that it’s a nice lamp. Recommend.

I work in a office setting a lot of times the fluorescent light is awful. I brought this light as a substitute and it’s perfect

You have to have batteries in the remote before you plug in the lamp & then pair the two within 5 seconds or the remote will not work. Other than that, I love my lamp the 1st day and the response from the seller when I had a problem when I did not read 1st.

Found out the floor lamps available at target for this price is worthy

My wife really likes this light. It is bright and easily adjustable. Only being able to control it with a remote is a bit weird, but she said it was not hard to get used to.
