Replacement for duct crimper
The shaft on our Malco duct crimper broke off. We got this replacement because the crimper block works great with our impact drill and saves time, plus saves our hands. We've had it for about a month now. Was easy to replace in the block. Great instructions. Hoping that it holds up well.

Little expensive
Little expensive, only reason I see why it cost so much is it had a shoulder on it as u can tell by photo so next time instead of ordering this item will just use a 5/16 chuck an will just be able to take it out of the crimper instead of always being in it

Order 2 at a time
The shaft that came with my block lasted a long time when it finally snapped I ordered two of these one only lasted a week. The second has held up for maybe a month now and is still holding on. I noticed that when you search for the replacement they have one for around $80 and then they have this for $22 so what's the difference?

On light gauge metal like stove pipe or swivel elbows....this is a dream tool.
I brought these as a replacement shaft for the crimp tool. Two have snapped in a two week period. I believe it's me and the gauge of metal. So basically the took alone isn't ideal for a commercial sheet metal mechanic.

Replacement shaft
I give the replacement shaft 5 stars but the actual crimping tool its self is best as a paperweight
