What is the natural flavor inhancer exactly made of?

In this case natural flavor enhancer has a neutral tasting (not imparting any fruity taste etc..) yet masks off notes (in this case from amino acid L-glutamine) for pleasant sensory experience.

Can this product be used as a replacement to digestive enzymes? Specially lactose or carb supplement?

I can’t answer for everybody but it does work for me. No more bloat nor gas. I have IBS type C and i always had problems. Ever since i start taking it i feel much better. I already ordered my second jar.
