I have had horrible period pain my entire life, even still in my 50's! I cannot take the drugs that help, so I've tried every natural remedy in the book, including changes to diet and lifestyle. The best solution I found until now has been a battery-operated heat belt for back pain -- that was a great find, but this beats that hands-down!The patches are slim and light (easily worn during the day under clothing); heat up fast; stay in place; and are truly hot for a looooong time (overnight was no problem). This product would have changed my life if I'd found them earlier -- I'm grateful to have them now, but I hope not to need them ever again soon.Seriously, I don't normally write reviews because I just don't have the time for all the requests to do so, but this one deserves it. Really excellent product. I only wish I'd found these patches sooner!

When I have cramps I am always happy to get home so I can put a heating pad on my stomach, but I never thought I would be able to take one to-go. These mini-pads have the ability to offer heat for eight hours. They have a sticky side which you apply to your clothes and then the soft side emits heat and feels wonderful. I have used it on my stomach and even on my back for pain relief. It is incredibly soothing and just as good as as my go to heating pad. I thought it might be to heavy or thick but they are discreet and stayed in place the entire time I used them. I was also concerned the soothing herbs in the pad may have too obvious of a scent, but there did not seem to be any scent at all. Six in a package makes a great deal for the price. I love that my purchasing this product helps provide girls on other Countries pads so they can go to school when they are having their period. Something we take for granted. A fantastic bit of philanthropy attached to an equally fantastic product. P.S. I was relieved to discover the product has no chemicals or "skin irritating additives."

I have Stage 4 Endometriosis and live with severe chronic pain from it. This pain is on a level that I can’t think clearly or even speak when it’s flaring up. I can’t take my pain pills on an empty stomach, so when endo pain strikes at an inconvenient time, a heating pad is my only relief. Lately my pain is during the day (it is usually mostly at night or early mornings), so I’ve been trying to figure out what to do. I work with all men and in a communal office setup, so plugging in a heating pad and stuffing it into my waistband is not possible for me. I ordered these for emergencies and used one today for the first time. I went to the bathroom and stuck the pad to my leggings and waited about 10 minutes before I felt the heat. Is it the same heat level as my heating pads? No, but I also keep my heating pads on the hottest setting. This DOES deliver enough heat to soothe, relax the muscles, and provide comfort. I came home and took the pad off to take a bath then put it back on after with my pajamas and it’s still warm! I would definitely recommend this product and I will definitely be repurchasing. For someone with chronic endo pain, this product will probably be life changing for me at work and I am thankful to have found not only this product, but a company with such incredible values and a great mission.

I love these Cora heating patches! These are my go-to during my aunt Flow visits. I get terrible cramps and really bad lower back pain and these patches help so much. I use them on my lower stomach and my lower back too. They are super easy to apply and the adhesive is sticky, I’ve never had one fallen off during the day or at night. And they actually smell good (like lavender essential oils or something) but it’s not a strong smell at all so it doesn’t bother me and no one else can smell them. They also get pretty dang hot! Sometimes I have to put them on top of my underwear because they get so hot. They work really well and they last for probably 6+ hours because when I wake up in the morning after wearing one to bed, it is STILL warm! I definitely recommend these heating patches as well as other Cora products! These won’t disappoint!

I ordered these on a Tuesday late afternoon and received them the following Thursday morning which was perfect because I started my period on Wednesday and my cramps are almost unbearable on my second day.I applyed one patch to the front of my panties around 6:30. It didn't get hot for about 20 to 30 mins.One hour in and it's quite warm and really helping my cramps. Definitely feels better with my yoga pants on. Not effective without some kind of pants on for me but then I do have a significant pooch from being so bloated. Love the mobility! Made dinner, cleaned up, and it hasn't moved or became unattached.Hour 2 the temp has remained the same. Somewhere between warm and hot.Hour 3 the temp suddenly dropped significantly but then shot back up to warm/hot. Weird. Still relieving my cramps.The temperature is fluctuating significantly going into hour 4 but remains quite warm over all. Second half of hour 4 it feels hotter now than it did an hour ago. I can honestly say my cramps have been practically nonexistent since the pad heated up.Hour 5 the heat has been less noticeable but my cramps are still goneHalf way through hour 6 it's starting to feel very warm/hot, maybe even hotter than ever. I'm ready to take it off but I really want to see if it lasts 8 hours!Start of hour 7 and it's buring hot! Maybe my skin is just sensitive after wearing it for so long but it is really really hot.Hour 8 still going strong. I am 100% a fan. I am intrigued to try the other products this brand has. They definitely know what they are doing! My sensitive skin never broke out in a rash from the heat. Satisfied customer.The only real con is I wish it was about 2 inches longer and slightly slimmer.
