If you need a matching ice cube tray that fits on the top of this ice cube bin, don't buy a ice cube tray that is just recommended to buy together or frequently bought together (that is, Rubbermaid White Ice Cube Tray (Pack of 2), 12.5 x 5.8 x 3.2 ). I just bought them together because they were seen 'frequently bought together'. Unfortunately it doesn't fit into this tray.

Exterior dimensions are 12" long, 5 1/4" wide, and 6" high.Interior dimensions are 10" long, 4 1/2" wide, and 5 7/8" deep (it's not 6" deep on the inside because there's a 1/8" indent on the bottom).Because the sides slope inward, the interior dimensions at the bottom are 8 3/4" long, 3 3/8" wide, and 5 7/8" deep.I'm not sure what you plan to use these containers for, but you might want to search Amazon using "interdesign linus pantry organizer" (or just "interdesign linus organizer" - InterDesign is the brand name).

Has anyone found ice cube trays fitting this bin well enough to act as a lid keeping odors out?

I found some at another store. Don't think Amazon has them. Got mine from a discount store, they are blue and plastic, fit the top of my bin perfect
